In the case of Free Shipping, a Tracking Number is not available to you because item is shipped in a First Class Envelope.  Better shipping methods are available with an added cost.  The checkout will present these options to you if they are available.

An item is considered missing if not received 8 business days from shipping date.  In the case of an item that is missing and if you open an "item not received" case with eBay you will receive a refund and you can reorder the product again, if desired.  If you choose to not open a case and request a resend of the missing product, we will ship a replacement, immediately.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
