I did not submerge it, but if you trap air in it, it stays, and if it is still airtight, I’m sure it’s still water tight too. Owner said she used it on a few trips with a small Point & Shoot and it works great. Or use for your cell phone or other electronics. Because the bag is designed to be ultra-clear (says so right on the side), if you press camera against side lightly, it sees right through it to take the photos.
