The plate was made by Copeland Spode around the 1930s. The pattern is called "Continental Views". The pattern was first introduced around 1844. This one is marked Copeland Late Spode England and dates to the early 20th Century to the 1930s.They made a few color variants to this pattern. This is the hard to find yellow version. It is a yellow transferware with polychrome coloring. This is a large plate has a gadrooned rim. Vintage. Around 80 years old. Very good condition for age. No chips, cracks, or repairs. Upon close inspection there is typical crazing. You may notice a few very light utensil marks and light wear when tilted toward the light. Beautiful example. Will be a true antique soon enough.
