Large Antique Marble Dial Bank Clock.Brass Numbers.20 inches Across.Rare Find!!. The little lady had this mounted above her sofa since the early 1960's..My understanding her husband demolished a 1920's era bank and salvaged this along with the two very large marble sitting pedestals on the back patio..I guess this was mounted high above the front door of the bank as you entered..Had a clock expert check it out and he dates it to at least the 1920's.The motor and arms are a newer setup although primitive and dated about 1961 as plug in one way the second hand spins counter clockwise.Flip over then spins normal which clock guy says not that unusual..The motor was mounted into wall first then marble dial mounted in second with spacers..Thought there was four but can only find three..Every brass piece is bolted in separately.. Rare find.
