Seller: 407snsbatt (272) 100%, Location: Moscow, Idaho, Ships to: US, Item: 183875426377 My Grandfather collected these from all over the US while working for the USGS. He had donated the bulk of them to museums and I have auctioned off others as I ran across them. These were forgotten about in the old motor home. There are 50 arrow heads in this lot and six pottery chards. The only two I cannot guarantee are authentic are the two at the bottom right in the main photo. I don't know where those originated from. They very well could be authentic but I can't be certain. All the others are authentic. Okay the little tomahawk is also a mystery. It is probably just an anomaly or it is a preform that gramps picked up. It does raise eyebrows when shown though. I had a lot more photos of them but I am at my limit right now but I can certainly send some more pics if you wish. It seems to me that the majority of these are that gray greenish Flint and some are obsidian. Paleo Indian era to early archaic. There are some Clovis tips in this lot and there is a very Rare humped point in the last photo. Some are chipped and missing tips others are complete and intact. Item in photo number 6 is a point I have seen in a book sometime ago. It looks reworked at first glance but .... I am fairly certain it was described In a book as a finished point and not a preform. If I am incorrect I would appreciate your input/correction .. The hump backed point was definitely depicted in a book as being extremely rare and sought after by some museum back east. Auction opens for only $10.00 and half off shipping only $4.50 =================================================================================================PLEASE READ OUR EASY TERMS------------------------------------------------We sell just a handful of select items per year99 % of the items we sell are from our personal estate and are High QualityNative American Artifacts where acquired on private property more than 50 years ago. I guarantee their authenticity and find it verydistasteful and disrespectful to pass off reproductions as authentic. In regards to COA's I believe it to be a very good resource and valuable with select artifacts. Museum grade pieces, effigies and the like. I have used a COA service just one time and was a little disappointed in the results. I have sold hundreds of authentic artifacts on Ebay and never had a negative experience.
