For your consideration is a uniquely regal, handmade, hand painted, King #451 ¼, beer stein/mug. There is the diagonally placed “69” on the bottom of the mug. This stein/mug features the German Imperial Eagle Crest and three German Flags. The black, red, and gold flag represents the German Confederation (1848-1866); the black, white, and red flag represents the German Empire (1871-1918); the black, red, and gold flag is the National flag (1949-Present). This stein/mug is gray stoneware with a navy blue embossed detailed base and top. The stein/mug stands 5 ¾ inches (14.6 centimeters) high and is 4 ¼ inches (10.8 centimeters) wide to the outer handle. The bottom diameter of the mug is 3 ¼ inches (8.3 centimeters) and the top opening diameter is 2 1/8 inches (5.4 centimeters). This mug filled to the rim holds 17 ounces (450 milliliters). This mug is pre-owned and is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or crazing. There are a few slight surface scratches on the bottom navy blue band when tipped under direct incandescent light. The scratches are unnoticeable when the stein/mug is standing upright.
