Please refer to the attached pics for details... Card #1: RPPC American troops with color guard passing in front of dignitaries at the Statue of Strasburg, the symbol for Alsace. Nice details of equipment. Interestingly "Pre-censored" on back. Unused. Measures 5 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches. Card #2: RPPC American Troops turning off the Champs Elysees. Color Guard in front. American Red Cross Post Card. AEF Censored and used postally. Measures 5 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches. Card #3: American Red Cross souvenir post card commemorating the American troops parading in front of the statue of Washington in Paris. From the painting of famed French illustrator J.F. Bouchor and Official painter of the the French Army. Measures 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches and is postally unused. One must remember that this parade happened while the war was still raging. The doughboys and marines participating in it were just a few days before fighting at the front. This parade was for the benefit of the French population to show the strength in the new allies to win the war... Paypal is preferred...
