(Americana, Vintage Advertising, Illustrated Adverts, Home Construction, Architecture, Floor Plans, art nouveau design work). The Radford Ideal Homes Book of 100 House Plans Advertisement. Published c.1910, Riverside, Illinois by the Radford Architectural Co. Folding leaflet. Text in English. Nice art nouveau aesthetic to the color design.
Publisher's color pictorial paper wrappers. A colorful ephemeral promotional item for this well known book of house plans.
Item is old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition. Paper gently age worn, slight rubbing, old fold lines indicating it may have been sent folded within an envelope, remains overall clean and attractive as a fragile survival. Paper is lightly toned, signs of handling, small scattered spotting, internally still well preserved, tight, sound.
Still attractive on the shelf. The scarce pamphlet displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
