Italian design, dark cherry ( fine precious Appalachian Cherry wood) in mint condition . Beveled glass on all 3 sides. Traditional moon phase dial is delicately hand pierced and hand engraved. Triple chime movement (Westminster, Whittington, Canterbury), Cathedral tones Every fifteen minutes + counts out the hours each hour on single strike. Full lyre pendulum, Nickel chrome-plated chime tubes. Silent mode switch (No strike). A full wind lasts approx 4 days. 3 weights + Winding Key + Door Key Dimensions: 86.50"H. 24"W. 15.12"D. Net Weight: 265 lbs. Moved only once and while in transit was professionally disassembled, reassembled &  inspected & repaired, lubed in Apr 2016* (have business card) for $975. Has no errors, faults, scratches, blemishes or odors or any flaws. Every 15-20 years this clock needs cleaning & lubing per Clock technician. Local pick up only. No shipping available. Dissasembly is Buyer's responsibility. 3 weights, 9 Tubes and Pendulum easily removable. Also included is original wood knobbed brass winding key and brass key for locking cabinet door, and added earthquake strap/bracket and screw for wall attachment on top rear of unit (not visible). *2016 repairs: Clock repair technician manufactured one missing part, a rectangle sheet metal arc, which was a manufacture's flaw. The main spring was fine, pivots were found to be worn and replaced, & entire mechanism cleaned & lubed. 100% functioning on a daily basis since 2016 major tuneup. Chimes are turned off (silent mode) 95% of the time. Was not in operation between approx 2000 and 2016. No missing or removed parts. A clock to last generations, one of the last years manufactured, approx 1981 per manufacturer's original price list of all models available in 1981, included.
