We make very little on parts considering the hours we invest in stripping down cameras, identifying components, cleaning, photographing and posting each part. The majority of our parts are USED. It is your responsibility to ensure that the part you are buying is the one you need. While we do our best to correctly identify parts, we sometimes do not have in-depth reference material on a given item and have to take an educated guess. Most Buy-It-Now items require immediate payment. For items selling at auction or Best Offer, please pay as soon as possible after you commit. We ship most items within one business day and we know you want your item FAST!

Currency

Payment with US currency is permitted and is required if the listing permits local pickup and if you choose that option. We are happy to accommodate local pickups in most cases where an item is heavy or bulky. We will simply ask you to sign an invoice indicating that you have received your item and to present photo id. This is for your protection and to ensure that only you can receive your item

Your order will be shipped, in most cases, within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday). Check the Shipping section near the top of the listing for full details of shipping time and costs. 

If your shipping costs seem too high, this may be due to to an error in the eBay shipping calculator. If you believe this is happening to you, please contact us. We can usually resolve any issues quickly.

We are committed your happiness! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund. If we have a duplicate product in stock, we can exchange it. Simply contact us BEFORE opening a case with eBay. Once a case opened, our flexibility to help you is more limited.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it, subject to the following conditions of our Return Policy:

• Any product you return must be in the same condition in which you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
• Any additional shipments of the item TO you or BY you during the return period will void your return privileges. This includes: 1) Having an item shipped to a friend, relative or freight forwarding company which, in turn, ships the item to you; 2) Shipping the item to someone else or to a company. These actions void the 30-day return period because we can only be responsible for packing and shipping of an item send directly to you from us.
• You may not, without our written authorization, disassemble or remove a cover fastened by screws or rivets.
• You may not, without our written authorization, have an item serviced or cleaned. Or do these things yourself.  ​​​​​​​
