"AS FOUND" MEANS THE ITEM MAY HAVE MINOR DEFECTS THAT ARE NOT OBVIOUS TO A NON EXPERT OF THE ITEM, BOX MAY SHOW WEAR DUE TO STORAGE ,OR OBVIOUS DEFECTS ARE REFLECTED IN PICTURES. ALWAYS ASK ANY QUESTION AND WE WILL GLADLY ANSWER.

Payment

We accept PayPal.  Payment is due within 3 days of the close of the auction.  For "Buy it Now" items, payment is due immediately.

Shipping

      We ship via USPS Mail.  The shipping cost can be calculated to your zip code or Flat Rate.  The item will be very carefully packed and should arrive safely.  

          We are happy to combine shipping for items that are purchased within a 5 day timeframe.  If you are planning on bidding on more of our items, on different ending days, please let us know, so that we can combine the invoices and save on your shipping expense. 

    Our shipments are sent out within 1 business day of receipt of your payment and if paid for early enough in the day, the same day as payment is received. 

PLEASE NOTE:

     If you are combining items to save on the shipping, please wait for us to send you an invoice.  If you try to pay before we send the invoice you might overpay the shipping as the program from Ebay will sometimes just add all the shipping charges together as if you were buying and we were shipping each item individually.

CHANGING SHIPPING METHOD OR CLASS:

     Some of our items give the buyer a choice of shipping class, others list only one class.  IF YOU WANT SPECIAL SHIPPING OR HANDLING, PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFORE YOU PAY SO THAT WE CAN ADJUST THE INVOICE ACCORDINGLY.  ONCE YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE ITEM, SHIPPING WILL BE SENT VIA THE SERVICE THAT WAS BILLED AND PAID FOR!  Please do not request another shipping class or method or special handling after paying.

Terms of Sale

        Returns accepted if item is not as described in the listing. An item for return, must be returned and the seller notified of the buyers intention to return the item within 14 days of receipt of the item.

      We want our buyers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.  If there is a problem, please notify us immediately. Use the "contact seller" link to do this.  Do not open a case as " item not as described" if the item tracking still shows the item in transit, the item arrives broken in shipping, or you are not willing to return the item for a full refund.  Under no circumstances will we offer or pay a PARTIAL refund and let you keep the item. On items with damage, we require pictures of the item with it's damage, so we can file an insurance claim. When we see the pictures we will let you know whether you need to return the item and the amount of your refund. For items with minor damage, we will require return; severely damaged items will not require return.

      If there is a problem with the item, please let us know within 3 days of receipt, so we may assess the situation and try to resolve the problem.  

 

      Payments must be made within 3 days of the close of the auction or the item will  be offered to the second highest bidder or relisted and a non-paying bidder case opened.

About Us

 

      My husband and I have retired from selling collectibles retail. But, we need to sell off all the remaining inventory. This inventory dates from 1986 through 2010 and literally fills a small warehouse.

     In some cases, we would put aside and store the unsold inventory to bring out the new. Now we are selling off all the "left by the wayside" items.

     Because we were a retailer of these items, many of our items are brand new from our excess inventory. However, we are always on the lookout for great items and so our sales often include "as found" items. These items may be USED and we do our best to fully describe them, but we are not experts in all things and may miss small details that would be important to you.  If such details are important, please ask us questions.  If you require "perfection", please do not bid on items listed "as found".  " AS FOUND" means the item is not new, may have minor defects that are not obvious to a non expert of the item, but is described with all obvious imperfections noted and pictured.

     If an item is not new from the inventory, we will clearly state this fact in the description.
