Shipping Policy:  We only ship to the domestic United States. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING!  Most orders ship via USPS and they pick up approximately 10 AM central time. However, we specialize in quick shipments so if you need an item overnight we are happy to quote you overnight shipping rates.  If you want to double check on the status of your order, please feel free to message us and we will be happy to respond.  We have trained staff that securely pack each and every order that leaves our doors.

We only ship to the verified address listed on the auction winner's PayPal account unless other arrangements have been made prior to purchasing.  

We do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Boxes.  For our standard shipping options, we primarily use USPS, FedEx, and UPS.  However, if you wish to use a different carrier at a different speed, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate your needs.

Return/Replacement Policy:  All of our products carry a 30-day warranty exchange for defective products (unless otherwise noted). Any product returned thru Ebay will be subject to Ebays return policies and compensated by refunded accordingly.  Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. We do not accept returns outside of our return period.
