A finely decorated cast silver phiale, a special libation bowl used for holding wine. The lower part of the bowl is scalloped, above which is a corseted neck with incised teardrop motifs ringing it before it flares outward into a wide, smooth mouth with an unpronounced rim. The underside features a floral motif.
