This listing is for a vintage ITT model 564 rotary dial multi line business desk telephone.

The phone is in avocado green.

The telephone comes from the estate of a doctor's office which had the phone in its possession for at least the last 35 to 40 years until just very recently.

This phone has not been tested due to the type of hookup it has.

Cosmetically it's still in good, displayable condition.

There's one noticeable crack on the clear plastic above the red hold button (see photo).

There is also the beginnings of a small hairline crack in the front center of the phone's base (see photo). But this crack is not very noticeable at all.

But otherwise there are mostly just minor scuffs and surface scratches on the plastic consistent with its age and use. But no other major cosmetic issues of note.

The rotary dial still moves very smoothly with no issues. As do each of the six hold and line buttons on the bottom of the unit and the main on/off receiver buttons on top.

The original gray multi-line cord is still attached to the unit. This cord is hardwired to the base of the phone, so it cannot be swapped out for a normal line.

The hand receiver has just moderate signs of use including some minor scratches and scuffs.

The green cord is in very good condition with no knots or damage. This cord is also hardwired to the receiver and the phone's base, so it cannot be swapped out.

The phone could probably use a thorough cleaning, as I only gave it a light wipe down, which I imagine might brighten the appearance a bit as there is probably some additional dust and dirt that's accumulated from over the years of use.
