This is the tool you need to make ONLY 37° flares required for AN fittings. This tool will NOT make 45° flares for standard brake and fuel lines which are not compatible with AN hardware. This tool makes a clean, accurate 37° flare every time. Simple and easy to use.

MFG. Part # 91089520 Degree of Taper 37 degree ReviewsSummary: Used with aluminum tubing and had great results making 37' flares. Be sure to clean all threads first, I noticed some 'grabbing' when spinning the wing nuts down, after a few tries the wing nut seized up when I tried backing it off fully (eventually snapped when I put a wrench on the wing nut for leverage). Thankfully customer service was great and had a replacement out quickly. Noticed similar issue with replacement, cleaned with wd40 before first use and is butter smooth now.
