Fish Key Ring, Connemara Marble by Gerard.
NOTE: Each selection is pictured and numbered separately, an inventory number, not quantity. The Key Ring's number, when chosen, is the one you'll get.
Connemara Marble is very special. Not only is it possibly the hardest marble in the world, and about 300 million years old [!], but it comes from a very small region of western Ireland, in the 12 Bens region of County Galway. It is rapidly being depleted, as the old mines, worked for decades upon decades, are very limited in output, always were.
This marble has unique origins, and I could go on and on about that, but suffice to say, this is a fine gift for anyone who has been to Ireland or someone who is Irish, or anyone who simply loves' the old sod'.
The Fish is about 1/2" tall x 2 1/2" wide, not counting the chain.
