Up for sale is a 1928 B Series Two Dollar Red Seal United States Legal Tender note graded 40 Extremely Fine by PMG. This note has an almost undetectable extremely light vertical center bend and oh so slight horizontal bend (paper not broken and only detectable with a good grading lamp and close repeated inspection), but absolutely NO pinholes, tears, or distracting marks. This note is fresh, bright, clean, and crackling crisp, has sharp corners and clean solid margins, nice centering on both the obverse and reverse, nice original paper quality and body with good embossing remaining, and has rich, vivid ink color and outstanding eye appeal for the assigned grade.
