The Electric Blue Balloon Ram or as it is also called the Electric Blue Angel Ram, is a selective bred variant of the Electric Blue Ram. Which is a color variant that has become very popular within the hobby, even though it is slightly more difficult to keep than its wild-type cousin. The Electric Blue Balloon Ram is a selectively bred variant which focuses on altering the body of the Ram to be taller, shorter and more stout the otherwise more stream lined standard Ram body.

Since Rams have a relatively short natural life span of a little over 2 years, they mature from juveniles to adults rather quickly. The short lifespan of this species is also a factor when selecting individuals for purchase as the larger more colorful specimens tend to be older individuals.

Older specimens also go through a form of menopause where they no will no longer spawn, thus hobbyists looking to breed need to select young specimens.

Our Fish will be alive for up to 4-5 days without any food and with proper shipping and packaging. Over the course of 5 years of selling Live Tropical Fish, I hardly have any problem with fish being transported alive, except in some rare cases when the shipment is lost for a week or in extreme weather.

·        Shipping and handling within 24 hrs on our scheduled shipping day

·         Our Fish will be carefully packaged in a Styrofoam Cooler Box with proper insulation to ensure they can tolerate the temperature shift during the winter/summer

                        Tuesday - Livestock

· Orders placed after 3:00 PM Tuesday will be shipped out next Monday morning

·        Livestock (Freshwater shrimp and live plants, live fish) will be shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only. Shipping them out this day will eliminate the chance of the package will spend overnight at the warehouse, therefore increasing the chance of their arrival healthily significantly.

·        If the weather conditions are not allowed for shipping the livestock. I will discuss with you when should be shipped.

·        Automatic message with all tracking details will send to buyers message. Please allow 12-24 hrs for tracking to be updated on the carrier website. In some rare cases, your tracking might not be scanned until reaching your local post office.

·        Every shipment is covered under our Guarantee Live Arrival policy.

In the event of any animal dead on arrival, please follow these steps to submit your claim:

• Take 3 clear pics of a dead animal in the unopened bag next to the shipping label.
• Send us a message with clear descriptions of what happened to the package to help us diagnose the problem.
• Allow us up to 24 hrs. to process the claim.
• Once the claim is approved, a refund will be sent to you based on the number of fishes

Please note, in some circumstances, our DOA policy will be voided:

• If the package is unsuccessful delivery on the 1st attempt ( We will ship to the address you provided on file.)
• The package is left outside for an extended period of time during extreme weather. (Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided, it's your responsibility to take them inside as soon as they are delivered. If the package is left outside more than 3 hrs. from the time of delivery, DOA will be voided.
• The package is lost due to a package thief (If this happens, please contact your local USPS to file a claim)
• Once the Our Fish is released into the tank, it's your responsibility to keep them alive because we do not what your tank water para termer is. If there is any problem when they arrive, the customer needs to report it to us right away, not 3-4 days or a week after
• We process case by case, let us know your thoughts to help us process the claims.

New Fish are very sensitive to change when it comes to water in your tanks. Any immediate change can cause causality. While we working our best to ensure our shrimp an easy transit and deliver them healthy to your front door. Once they are in your possessions, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

• to make sure your water parameter is with our tank water parameter. We recommend having the water test kit ready at all times.
• to make sure to drip acclimate our fish into your tank correctly. We suggest drip acclimate for at least 1 hrs with an air stone before putting them in your tank.
• to make sure your water doesn't fluctuate too much during the day in their first 7 days.
