Photos show the actual item for sale
Here's a lightly used ESE GPS disciplined clock which has the optional NTP server installed. The unit is in very good cosmetic condition and fully working - the photos show the actual item for sale and the screenshot below features the actual item for sale. The internal rechargeable lead-acid back up battery has been replaced and the Lithium cell for the GPS card has also been renewed. A basic antenna is included to get you started but for optimal results you should ideally plan on using an outdoor antenna (5V) with a full view of the sky. Note that you will need the ESE control application (from their website) to change the timezone and other parameters and most likely to initialize the unit when you start testing. The control applet allows you to set the DST rules manually for worldwide compatibility. No unpictured cables, accessories or documents are included. No printed manual is included but a copy may be downloaded here if required. The Ethernet port ships set to the default setting of 192.168.1.50. To change this you need to follow the procedure on page 3 of this document - note that this unit does not have a web page for configuration purposes.

Description
The ES-185U/NTP from ESE is a GPS master clock and timecode generator that displays the day of year, hour, minute, and second in nine digits of UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), as received via the internal 12-channel GPS receiver. Simultaneously, it generates several types of timecode and an extremely accurate 1PPS signal (+/-10 ns). These outputs allow the unit to easily interface with a new or existing computer, automation, and clock systems.
More details may be obtained from the User Manual.
A software application is available that allows you to continuously update a computer's Windows clock to the time available on the USB port. Other features allow SMPTE mode selection (DF, NDF, EBU, or Real Time), Time Zone displayed/output offset, and time output advance/delay for various synchronizing purposes.
