Delta Paper Polyethylene Freezer Paper White, 1000' Length x 18" Width | 1/Roll
Offers high moisture resistance because the polyethylene barrier won't crack at cold temperatures. Prevents freezer burn, maintains chemical inertness, and has no odor. The paper presents a clean white surface for writing or labeling. with water activated or pressure sensitive tapes or labels. It can also be heat sealed by putting two poly edges together and applying heat. The primary appeal of these sheets is the attractive appearance of red meat when viewed on a peach colored wrap, and its significantly improved water and blood hold out, as a result of the additives used in papermaking. It is also believed that the water-repellent additives keep meat from turning brown and provide superior blood and moisture holdout. PE coated papers are widely used in food service and other varied applications. All of these grades offer high moisture resistance because the PE barriers won't crack at cold temperatures. They are easily stripped, prevent "Freezer Burn", maintain chemical inertness, and have no odor, yet are dispensed and sealed as easily as any roll of paper.
