We sell items that are in hand/in-transit to us and Pre-Sale. Please note if it is a Pre-sale or a confirmed order a stock photo may be used for the sale. Once the item arrives, we will ship immediately out to you. We cannot and will not cancel a purchased order for any reason, we are not a big box store, please understand this prior to purchasing. 

Please be advised we ship out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday’s (except for federal holidays) but are always online for questions or concerns.

Our store requires immediate payment with all of our buy it now items. If you do not send payment at the time of your purchase it is subject to cancellation and the item will be relisted.

If you purchase something from our store in an auction we ask that you pay within 24 hours. If payment is not received within 24 hours and you have not reached out to us your order may be subject to cancellation and the item will be relisted. 

PRE-SALE ITEMS

We do not cancel pre-Sale items so be sure to ask any and all questions before purchasing and note the length of time it will take to release, it can be as long as a few months. If we have the expected* date that the item is going to be released we will include that in the listing above. All expected dates are subject to change by the merchant. We rely on the merchant to supply us with the items. If delays occur then it will delay your preorder.

These variations can include slight creases, damaged corners or scuff marks on the packaging. We are not the manufacturers and cannot always select the best looking item and box for you. You may not receive a perfect box, we will not accept a return simply for a manufacturer defect to an item.While we wish everyone could receive a pristine box, it is not always the case and is out of our hands when purchasing items that are from large retailers and are mass produced. Please understand we do not accept returns or refunds because of this. Funko Pops are subject to shelf wear and minor creases/dents unless description is noted otherwise. Please check all pictures for quality purposes. Seller is not held responsible for any paint imperfections on the actual funko pop. Please reach out for any additional pictures or questions

Please note that factory sealed does not mean perfection. We are not the manufacturer of these items, and cannot fix/ adjust or replace the seal. The seals are in the condition we received them in. If you are very particular about the condition of the seal or anything in general, PLEASE EMAIL PRIOR TO PURCHASING. We can confirm if the item is to your liking.
