This beautiful Matted Card is by the renowned artist Lucy Dawson, and comes from a series of notecards published in the U.K. Dawson worked in pencil, pen, ink and oil and was best known for her work in pastels. An absence of background clutter ensures the animal becomes the focal point of her work. This lovely "New" illustration is printed on heavy card stock, measures approximately 2.5" x 3" and has been Custom Matted in a black "archival quality - acid free" mat , ready for your 5" x 7" frame. These are standard size mats that will fit into a standard size frame you can purchase at your local department store or framing gallery, no custom framing required .
