Fitment: Center Frame Section was designed to cap over and repair the center frame on the 1998-2006 Ford Ranger extended cab both 2wd and 4wd models, which begins approximately 9.5″ inches before the rear cab mount, and ends 6″ inches after the rear leaf spring hanger.
Material: They are fabricated from 11 gauge cold rolled steel, CNC cut and MIG welded by our Certified welders. Made from heavy duty steel, Cool Dark Green Zinc-Coated surface treatment, which is more anti-rust and better welding effect, prolongs the service life.

Installation: This frame repair section is notched to fit around the rear cab mount without having to remove it from the frame; however, the forward rear leaf spring hanger will need to be removed from the frame to install this kit, and reinstalled once the frame kit is welded to the frame. This part is designed to coincide with our jigsaw style weld edges for a seamless fit, and should be welded onto the existing frame along all overlapped edges. Cost-effective: This frame repair section is designed to cap the outside of the frame without having to remove the cab, or bed of the truck.
