Container Houses Steel & Fiberboard. 20ft X 8.2 ft folded container homes available for sale. Pick up at location is free of charge but must be requested. It is recommended that containers be placed on a concrete but a 5 to 8 inch gravel slab might be ok. Permits may be required but the container has conformed to the go green requirements so this should be simple. Each container accommodates appx 165 SQ ft of living area. Containers are new with vinyl flooring placed on Composition flooring, these are high end floors. Electrical is installed in the units and each container comes equipped with 1 door and 1-2 windows. They are fire proof, water proof, wind, cold and heat resistant. They are mold resistant and fully insulated. They are hurricane and rain resistant as well. Buyer is responsible for shipping and containers can be picked up in Fontana, Ca by the buyer or their designee. Unloading is the responsibility of the buyer but the buyer can get equipment assisted help loading if desired but it does have a reasonable fee. Product is new condition.
