Seller: fossilgirl1 (661) 100%, Location: Bradenton, Florida, Ships to: US, Item: 293253622232 Auction offers 25 conch shell tool used by Native American Indians pre 1600 . They where found back in the 1940's in the Palma sola area of Bradenton Florida. This is the last batch that I have. From what I have read, was that the Indians poked two holes in the shell and would pull a small tree limb threw the holes in the-shell. Over time the limb would grow making the shell held tightly to limb. they would then break the limb. Tool would kinda be like our today hoe and they used it for getting scallops or shell food.
