INA Louisiana New Orleans Canal Bank $50 US Civil-War PCGS 64 Great Registration - This note has a near perfect registration, and it is whiter than usual. They usually come with very dark yellow toning and horrible registration. The registration is usually so poor, that it cuts part of the design off on the reverse. You can check this yourself by looking at others that are for sale or have sold in the past. Very rare with all of these properties going for it. By far a superior specimen. In my opinion, it should have graded much higher.
