This is a ceramic or plaster model railroad display building "Steeple Church" that can be used to create a terrific model train layout.  It's always the extra accents that make or break the display and the pieces I have available (about a dozen) are extremely well done and will "make" your layout look great.  If you're putting a lot of effort into your project be sure to give these pieces a close look.  I'm sorry I don't know my gauges and can't tell you what gauge these buildings would work with, so the best I can do is give you measurements.  The "Steeple Church" measures approximately 8 5/8" x 5" x 11" high.  One window was broken and has been partially repaired. There are a few small paint chips on the black roof that need a dab of black paint (or a Sharpie). Please see pics.
