This listing is for one NEW Carrier Condensing Unit.  Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition and ready to run.

This unit is New Old Stock, manufactured in 2011 and in storage since.  It has never been hooked up or run.

This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that:

« One corner of the cabinet has been dented causing the coil to bow slightly on one side.  The unit is fully charged with refrigerant and does not leak.

« The top of the unit is slightly bent.

« The coil has some minor rubbed spots on it and there are a few other minor dents and scratches on the cabinet and base.

This damage is cosmetic and will not affect the unit's performance.  See photos for details.
