First manufactured in Surrey, England, the Surrey cart was a doorless, two-axled carriage that was popular in the United States during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The Surrey offered a variety of top options, from rigid to convertible to fringed, allowing drivers to show off their own particular style. Our Surrey & Axle have been done as a gorgeous few spot leopard appaloosa mare on Lady Phase, mold #40, with a swish tail and an adorable blanket appaloosa foal on the Stock Horse Foal, mold #228, both sculpted by Chris Hess.
Randomly selected. Your eyes are not deceiving you! You might have noticed that we snuck in a variation for cute little Axle – this adorable blanket appaloosa foal was a 50/50 split between the Action Stock Horse Foal mold (#235) and the Standing Stock Horse Foal mold (#228)!
