Payment

Payment is due within three days. If you need more time, please contact us and let us know. On the fourth day an unpaid item case will automatically be opened by our system. The case will automatically be closed when payment has been made.

Please be assured that we will do everything we can to fix it quickly. We believe that all problems can be solved if the buyer works and communicates with us.

Feedback is posted automatically for the buyer after the item has been received and the buyer has left feedback for us. Negative feedback neither helps nor solves any problems. Please contact us with any problems and give us the opportunity to correct it before resorting to leaving negative feedback.
