All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number must be issued within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase. An RMA number is valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued. Refunds A processing fee of 10 percent will apply to the value of merchandise returned for a refund. Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after our receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping cost.
