BATMAN 222 JUNE 1970 "BEATLES" STORY NEAL ADAMS COVER 3.0 G/VG NO RESERVE. Up for bid is Batman #222 from June 1970 by DC comics featuring Beatles band clones "The Orphans". Also a beautiful NEAL ADAMS cover. FRONT COVER: 1/4" spine split at bottom and 1/16" split at top. Subscription bend from top to bottom. Abraded corner at top of spine Several spine dings and other spine wear. Couple very tiny chips top edge. Small crease top right corner Edge wear right side and bottom. Chip out of bottom right corner. Pen mark. A couple of scrapes and color fades. Some other general wear. INTERIOR: Pages white to off white. Small tears at cover staples. Slight ribbing along top of pages. Small tear at bottom right corner of page 9. Production holes at the bottom of some pages. Letter from later Batman writer Mike W. Barr in letters page. BACK COVER: Foxing. Abraded spine corners and spine dings. Edge wear and other general wear. I grade this as 3.0 GOOD/VERY GOOD All books come bagged and boarded in secure packaging.
