Seller: coljas.vbbz6 (545) 97.8%, Location: Fort Ann, New York, Ships to: US, Item: 122890209920 Antique Architectural Salvage. Off of Victorian home built in upstate New York in the 1870s. Wooden window sill and trim for attic, with Louvre for venting heat. There doesn't seem to be any dry rot or damage. Aluminum siding was put on top to keep dry. There's some water rot where the 2 nails stick out in the last picture and a little lower on the opposite side. They chalked around this one and may have been sealing water in instead of out. For near 150 years old it feels as solid and intact as an original period piece can be. I'm no authority on carpentry so an expert may say different. The top has come loose from being salvaged, moved, and handled. It will need someone with some carpentry skills to tighten back up. The bottom sill is 33 inches wide, and the top sill is 38 inches wide. The height is 24 3/4". The back has been framed to fit in to a 19x27" opening, as the box is about a half an inch less in both directions.
