The lidded sugar measures 7 1/2" high by 6 1/2" long and 5" wide, and the creamer measures 6 1/2" high by 5 1/2" long and 3 1/2" wide. Zahm's Corner Lancaster Pa Coin Silver Spoon 5 1/4" c. 1835 - Coin silver spoon, fiddle pattern, 5 1/4", from Lancaster, Pa. silversmith "Zahm's Corner". My family provenance dates it to c. 1835-40. Some later pieces bear Zahm's name with various other family 1st names in business at the time. Apparently, the Zahm family maintained a silversmith business throughout most of the 19th century but there is not much information nor are there many pieces available. The condition is good, with signs of age/use and the weight is 10 grams. There are a few tiny dings to the spoon bowl. This would be complement to any coin spoon collector or a Pennsylvania silversmith collector.

N. Harding, Haverhill, Ma., Coin Silver 6 " Teaspoon c. 1840 - This is a nice early N. Harding, coin silver 6" teaspoon, made when the business was in Haverhill Ma, before the move to Boston. It is monogrammed on the reverse, "N" for Newhall, so can be dated with my family provenance to the late 1830's-early 1840's. The spoon has quite a bit of scratching and a few tiny dings. I have not polished it. Please study the pictures. Weight is 22 grams. This would be a nice addition to a collection of Massachusetts silversmiths!

There is very little Bacon and Smith out there and I have not yet found another sugar spoon. I can vouch for the date accuracy within a few years due to family provenance. The spoon is 6 1/2" long. The monogram is in script "Davis", the weight is 16 grams. The condition is good, with some scratching from 188 years of use! The bowl of the spoon is delicately hand sculpted in a seashell/clamshell pattern.

Mitchell & Tyler was located in Richmond VA. They were in business 1845-1866. The spoon is 8 1/2” long and weighs 53gr. I did not clean the spoon. It is in overall good condition. No major scratches or dents. There is wear on one side of the spoon from use in the past 156 years. There is a monogram possibly HIT.

Hiram Young's business was located, in the early to mid-1850s, at 19 Maiden Lane, New York as Young, Stebbins & Co. and later at 20 and 24 John Street, New York City, silversmith, silver-plater (electro-plater). By 1868, the name of the business changed to Young and Reed. There is a monogram, "MJG."

The Franklin Mint Presidential Ingot Collection 38 PIECES (10 OZ EACH) - These are the only presidential ingots the Franklin Mint made, although they also made several different types and sizes of presidential medals. The original sets included 36 ingots for presidents George Washington through Richard Nixon. The wood display case for this set is very attractive. Subscribers were later offered matching ingots for Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter, but these ingots did not fit in the original display cases, and were quite a bit more expensive, so not many were sold and consequently these last two ingots are very rare. They are usually seen in individual boxes. The 5000 grain (approx. 10 oz) size ingot set is one of the few largest sets issued by the Franklin Mint.

There appears to be a period silver solder (not cold solder) repair to the right top side of the bowl, hard to detect but close examination suggests a repair.
