Antique Wooden Oak Lockable Cabinet Tambour Door Lawyers Library Book Case 1900 DESCRIPTION

Antique Victorian wooden oak tambour door cabinet. Dating to the turn of the 20th century this rolling door unit was most likely used as a reference bookcase in either a library or lawyers office. This beautiful piece has interchangeable shelves on the inside to alter the shelf sizes as needed. The two metal handles at the top are used to shut this piece into the locks which holds it closed and secure when not in use so it can double as a safety case also. It comes with the original key which unlocks both drawers.

A great addition to your retro home decor, home office, library or as a display cabinet.

MEASUREMENTS

Cabinet measures: 58.75" tall by 33.25 wide by 15.1" deep.

CONDITION

This cabinet is in nice condition with some signs of wear and tear commensurate with its age and use. The doors move up and down freely and the lock works with the original key (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description).
