Seller: bigsteveareno29 (3,885) 99.1%, Location: York, Pennsylvania, Ships to: US, Item: 381839114292 Description This is a great set of doors that were salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian Home. They are made of walnut with only a couple coats of paint on both sides. The top of each has a glass opening, both missing. There is a nice ribbed molding below the glass. The bottoms have a raised panel with designs. The insides are almost identical. Most of the hardware will need to be replaced. They measure 56.25 inches wide together, by 99.75 tall and are 2.5 inches thick. Overall they are in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique. They could use a good scrubbing but will clean up nicely. They were rehinged. The original mortice lock was filled and a modern passage lock was added. There are 2 deadbolt holes. The original astrigal or divider molding is missing. There are a couple chips at the bottom. There was damage to one door that was cut out and crudely patched. Easiest fix would be to take 3/4 of an inch off the edge and eliminate it altogether. Please look at the pictures carefully. Ref: 101603 Shipping Please inquire with your zip code and I will get you a quote quickly. You can also pick up in York, PA 17403. Payment Payment should be made within 5 business days unless you make other arrangements in advance. Terms of Sale I accept returns only if my description is inaccurate. For example, if I pull an item from a building that I believe to be original to the house and it is later discovered to be a reproduction, or if I enter an incorrect measurement, I will allow the buyer to return the item. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. About Us My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! Thanks for visiting. Steve and Michelle Material: Glass
