We are pleased to offer this Antique Set of 6 ARTS & CRAFTS MISSION Style Quarter Sawn Tiger Oak & Straight Grain Oak Solid Seat Chairs. These sturdy chairs have the desired comfort shaped solid seats & are in their original condition ~ & in my humble opinion I would consider them to be fine to use without refinishing them. It is very seldom that we get in these sets of Arts & Crafts Mission chairs ~ the seats are straight grain oak & the back & slats are a combination of quarter sawn & straight grain oak. The backs of the chairs stand approx. 36 1/2" tall. The seats measure approx 17" wide across the front & taper towards to the back to 14 3/4" wide. From front to back the depth of the seat is 16".
