We aren’t sure whether this was intended as a window valance or a dresser scarf/table mat, but either way, it is an unusual and gorgeous piece of lace. It has a combination of different handmade laces and hand embroidery and it is beautifully assembled.  

 

The condition is very good. We note one tiny spot and one small opening as well as a few minor breaks in the needlelace.   Hand laundered and pressed.
