1920’S Porcelain4” Half Doll -Marie Antoinette- German, Karl Schneider
Whether shewas made for a Pin Cushion or Powder Puff, after 100 years, she remains a gracefulbeauty in the style of Marie Antoinette. Her pale porcelain complexion ispainted with soft red lips, rosy cheeks, and light brown defines her eyebrows. Blackpupils gaze a little downward lending her a wistful expression. Luscious curlspiled high atop her head and flowing down her back. Raised arms are gracefullyheld at her chest with delicate fingers extended. Her tiny waist defines herperfect figure. She may stand alone or be attached to a pin cushion or powderpuff.
She ismarked on her lower back “Germany” with the model numbers 4475 or 44754- thenumbers are only a suggestion, that may require further research.
Condition is very good. Her fingers are allpresent and there are no chips, cracks, or damages…amazing for a girl of herage!
All legs!Extending 3 ¾” and wearing elegant gold painted heels. The right leg kicks out forward,as if on a swing. Pale pink glaze finish is used and makes a nice companion toMarie Antoinette’s top half.
