This Auction is for an Antique Porcelain Rooster made in China circa late 1800's to early 1900's.

The Rooster, which measures approximately 8 inches tall, is in very good condition with one very small chip to the top of the roosters head - the chip has been restuck (please see close-up photos), a very small rub mark also to the top of the roosters head and several casting flaws from the time of making.

The inside of the Rooster has the impressed word "China" and you can see the marks in the porcelain as to how this figurine was hand finished.
