Seller: girl_adorned (968) 100% , Location: Claremont, California, Ships to: Worldwide, Item: 121975064322 Nice old lime powder container with a small beaded sash. The cast diamond motif is very "Naga-esque", as is the beading, but I honestly can't absolutely attribute this particular item to that particular group of people. Just to be on the safe side, let's just say N.E. India. Remnants of lime powder, used in the chewing of betel nut, is present in the container. The beaded sash is in fabulous shape. The ring that joins the two is original... at least as of about 40 years ago when we purchased it, but we estimate this ensemble to date from early/mid 20th c. Container measures 55mm in diameter, 44mm wide, the beaded portion is 115mm long. 116 grams. Kc173 **We always welcome returns for any reason within 14 days. We personally think that it can be hard to buy with just photos, so if you don't love it once you get it in your hands, just let us know. We aim to please! Though we offer only high quality merchandise because of the nature of old ethnic treasures this item may contain some imperfections, these just add to the character and authenticity of the item.
