The intaglio is made from glass, imitation of an onyx Nicolo gemstone. It is molded with an intaglio of Bonus Eventus (Good Fortune / Good Luck), standing beside an altar with a patera. This ring would have been worn for good luck, used to seal and authenticate documents by it original owner. Today this ring has survived in good excavated condition with the original gem intact.
