Amazing Spider-Man #238 +Tattooz (1983, High Grade)🔑1st App Hobgoblin Lakeside Tattooz Insert included inside All comics are first prints and bagged & boarded, unless otherwise stated. This is a raw copy of the first printing of Amazing Spider-Man #238 -- which HAS the Lakeside Tattooz insert as pictured. Comic is a high grade edition with a fantastic overall look and tight spine, but some flaws are keeping it in a Very Fine+ to VF/NM- condition approximately an 8.5/9.0. Besides the general spine creasing and imperfect corners, there is an indent on the cover (pictured) inside Hobgoblin's face. It is not major or damaging, and can easily be pressed out flat. But just giving a heads up for those that don't press before they submit to grading, or not grade at all. If pressed flat, would offer a nice grade bump to the higher end of the spectrum. Other than that, the only other thing I can see would be a minuscule 1/32" (1 mm) tear on the right reading edge. So small you can barely see it in the picture. Good luck and happy bidding. Key 1st appearance of Ned Leeds as the Hobgoblin. Please carefully look at the pictures I provided for your own grading purposes. You can use my grade as a baseline, but by no means the authority on condition. Inconsistent defects will be pointed out. If you need any more information on a book, just ask. I will pull it and inspect it for you personally. I do not front-cover-only-bagged-grade : leaving the comic in the bag and only looking at what's apparent through the plastic. That's not good enough! In fact, it upsets me when I purchase one like that. Each comic of mine is taken out and looked at on both covers plus pages checked for writing and cut out value stamps. I'm not a comic store employee or pro grader, but a lifelong collector with an extensive collection and do my best to give an estimated range and condition of each comic. You can trust that I am consistent, but by no means accurate to CGC's standards or any authority on grading. If you like your first purchase and/or shipment, you can trust each subsequent purchase will be along those same standards of quality. Read my reliable feedback to see the results of the grading with happy customers. I WILL NOT GIVE PARTIAL REFUNDS for disagreements on grading!!! Please look at the pictures closely and judge your bidding accordingly. I ship all collectibles securely with proper rigid packaging to protect your purchase and ensure it arrives safely.
