Shipping

Most of our order usually ships within 4-5 days after the receipt of payment (Excluding Saturday/Sunday). Whatever the custom duty or charges are it will be borne by the buyer. As different countries charge in different manners. Buyer would be responsible for paying all the charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Furthermore, your shipping charge will be calculated by the product's weight and your shipping zip code. Please note that while the delivery date shown is accurate it is provided by eBay and doesn't always take weekends and holidays into account. Most items are stocked at our main warehouse racks but some may ship directly from an another warehouse which is in different location. If there are any problems filling your order in a timely fashion we will contact you ASAP and provide the details.

Returns  

All items are sold under the condition “as it is, as pictures indicate”. We accept returns only if the item was not as per the part number mentioned/described in the listing. With the exception of used equipment, items purchased from our eBay store may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns will require prior authorization and you will be issued a return number. This return number will need to be written on the outside of the package you use to ship the products back to us. The buyer is responsible for paying the charges for shipping it back or returning the product which tends to be different from the part number in the listing. Moreover, the returns won’t be accepted if the buyer claims that the product is not in working condition unless we have mentioned it. All products returned must be in brand new condition with original packaging. Under no circumstances can we take back an item that has been used. Your refund will be issued within 3 days of receiving your package and after undergoing an inspection. The return policy for used equipment is case by case and will be specified on each individual listing.
