1. This item is sold with a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. So bid with confidence . If you have a need to contact me after the sale, my direct contact information will be included with the invoice inside the box. All returns must be arranged within 30 days of receipt of the item. We will extend that period if needed to send the item for calibration with the manufacturer or A2AL accredited lab. We will be glad to ship directly for calibration if you wish. So bid with confidence. Please if you are experience buyers remorse, on experiencing an issue contact us as soon as possible.
2. We have never had a problem - but please respect our policy - Important - Our warranty is VOID with absolutely no returns if the tamper proof seals are damaged of removed. (In those situations returns must be approved by Ascent Concepts and Technology through eBay email) . F urther during inspection, cleaning, and testing all internal and external parts are documented in detail. This is for your protection as much as ours and allows us to stand behind any real issue. Board swapping, high grading and other forms of return fraud will be dealt with harshly.
3 . Obviously the item must be returned as shipped , with all accessories, manuals, and original manufactures packing (Where applicable). Please do you best packing the return. The purchaser is responsible for damage during return shipping resulting from improperly packaging.
4 . Refunds will include the purchase price and shipping if we have made a listing error, the equipment does not work as described, or failed during the return period ... .But we think it is only fair the customer be responsible for all shipping charges on returns in the case of buyer remorse?
5. Lastly, due to the delicate nature of test and measurement equipment there will be no refund for items electrically or physically damaged from improper use/operator abuse. (Overloaded input and such) Our listings show most instruments running in a lab environment to demonstrate proper function.

For any buyers outside the USA ACT will be glad to spend additional time testing before shipping, but we strongly encourage shipping to the Manufacturer or accredited calibration lab of the customers choice and expense (in the USA) to insure proper function before forwarding internationally. Obviously the customer is responsible for shipping from the testing/calibration lab and any costs related to testing or calibration. If the item fails testing we will pay return shipping from the calibration lab and provide a full refund of your purchase.
