By bidding on, or purchasing, the product posted in this eBay listing, the winning bidder agrees to and accepts all of the terms of sale stated below. 

TERMS OF SALE :

•Only what is shown in the eBay photo and mentioned in the listing is included, anything else should be understood to not be included.

PAYMENT :

•We accept payment by Paypal, and we only ship to the address which the buyer provides within the Paypal payment, no exceptions.

DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING :

•Local pickup is normally not available; exceptions are sometimes made, but only for higher valued orders. Please contact us first to see if we can make this arrangement.

•Packages valued $750 or more will ship with signature required upon delivery.

•Items will normally ship within 1 business day from the date of payment.

FREIGHT SHIPPING :

•Oversized items (150+ LBs) may be picked up locally, or may be shipped freight, but scheduling the freight shipment is buyer's responsibility.

•Freight shipping is from zip code 95054, commercial location, forklift available for loading, and outgoing shipments must be scheduled.

•Bill of lading must be provided to us at least 24 hrs in advance of scheduling shipment, and ship to address must match the shipping address in your Paypal payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :

•We use eBay's (GSP) Global Shipping Program for International bidders. Please check prior to bidding/purchasing because not all items may be shipped internationally.

•International buyers are responsible for GSP shipping cost and also import duties / taxes of your country of residence.

WARRANTY :

•All of our Ebay items are guaranteed to arrive in working condition, unless specified in the ad.

•Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped, with all included items returning the item damaged or dismantled will void the warranty.
