Description

This is a great window that was salvaged from a New Jersey Victorian.

The glass is all beveled all the way around and the center piece has a wheel cut etched starburst.

There are no cracks or breaks.

The original frame is unpainted on both sides.

It was originally a sidelite so 1 end of the frame is a little longer, for symmetry it will need to be trimmed.

It measures 46.5 inches wide as is, 44.75 trimmed by 16.75 tall and is 1.25 inch thick.

The glass is appx 40 x 12.

Overall it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. The glazing putty will need to be touched up. Please look at the pictures carefully.

My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job!
