Ancient The Amduat (underworld) included tracts of land granted to the deceased by the sun god from which the blessed dead could receive their nourishment. Unsurprisingly, wealthy nobles and royalty did not plan on doing any work themselves and so they would take their (symbolic) servants with them. Early versions (Shabti or Shabtiu) were modelled to represent the task that they would perform and given tiny tools etc with which to complete their tasks.Isis is the feminine archetype for creation; she is the goddess of fertility and motherhood. She has gone by many names and played many roles in history and mythology - as goddess and female creator. Her name literally means Queen of the Throne. Her original headdress was an empty throne chair belonging to her murdered husband, Osiris. As the personification of the throne, she was an important source of the Pharaoh'spower. The pharaoh was depicted as her child, who sat on the throne she provided. Her cult was popular throughout Egypt, but the most important sanctuaries were at Behbeit El-Hagar in the Nile delta, and, beginning in the reign with Nectanebo I (380-362 BCE), on the island of Philae in Upper Egypt The scarab is a particular specie of beetle known as the dung beetle (Scarabeus sacer) that often lends its appearance in various Egyptian amulets and art forms. The scarab is a very scared symbol that can be likened to the cross in Christians. It represents the concepts of self-generation, rebirth, renewal and resurrection after the uncanny practice of the dung beetles. It has a variety of use including recording material for important events and inscribing prayers placed on the mummies to protect the dead from evil Origin: EgyptSize: show as PicturesPayment: We Only Accept Paypal Condition: look at the picturesShipping: We guarantee that your product will arrive in fast shipping.Contact Us: We are always there to give you what pleases you.Return: All calls are made with the customer so we know why the product is low because we first want customer satisfaction.
