Believed that all pieces in this set are original, as all pieces have the same hallmark.The fabulous stand has a "pull out" drawer that is removable. When this drawer is in place at the bottom of the stand, catches and holds any water spillage from when the tilting pitcher is forwarded to decant liquid.Either goblet (2) can be placed onto the holder (attached to the insert tray), which places nicely.The white ceramic liner rests inside the pitcher firmly, and is easily removed when the 2 balled screws,atop the lid, are removed ~ lifts out with ease for cleansing (see photo #8). The tall brass and silver plated handle rests down and lifts up with ease for transport. Quite a heavy set this is indeed! Weighs a Whopping 12 pounds 6 Ounces without liquid content!! Please note that all pieces within this set was heavily tarnished, though the exterior surfaces to all of the pieces in this set ~ stand, pitcher and goblets, have been thoroughly cleansed and lightly polished, and there areareas to the intricate crevices that may need additional polish for a brighter sheen.Though quite a lovely and acceptable appearance as shown in the photos.There is wear to the interior and exterior surfaces of both goblets (see photos #7 and #8) though again, may just need additional polishing or a good scrubbing with a light abrasive cleanser (as Bon Ami ~ recommended).There is a slight impression to one top side of the pitcher lid (see photo #6), though not very noticeable unless viewed closely. The white ceramic interior lining is just about perfect ~ no chips or cracks!A few visible areas of possible corrosion to the inside of the pullout tray to the stand, though again, not sure if these areasjust need additional polish or scrubbing with a mild abrasive cleanser. Mild scratches and scuffs all around due to years of use and/or storage. Nevertheless, this magnificent service set is sold as herein described. Hand wash only!
