Module description:
AD9220 is a new generation of high-performance, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter, powered by a single power supply. It has true 12-bit linearity and temperature drift performance, and 11.5-bit or better AC performance. The AD9220 uses a high-speed, low-cost single CMOS process and a novel architecture. The resolution and speed both reach the level of the existing hybrid single-chip solution, but the power consumption and cost are much lower. Built-in on-chip high-performance, low-noise sample-and-hold amplifier, select external reference voltage to meet the application's DC accuracy and temperature drift requirements. The device uses a multi-stage differential pipeline architecture; built-in digital output error correction logic; can provide 12-bit accuracy at the rated data rate, and ensure no missing codes in the entire operating temperature range. It is suitable for IF down-conversion communication system.
